Hey guys!

Since I come from the land of spices and herbs, India; why not talk about it.

Today I throw light on Cloves!

So What are Cloves?

Cloves are nothing but aromatic flower buds. They come from the clove tree.

Cloves are an integral part of Ayurveda and are used in many herbal medicines. Also, they are a dominant part of traditional Chinese medicine and like I said, herbal medicine.

So What makes Cloves Super Amazing?

Well, Cloves have Polyphenols in them. Polyphenols are nothing but in layman words, they protect our bodies from enemies. They are our soldiers. They guard our body against free elements that cause oxidation.

And The Benefits are…

♡ Helps improve digestion

♡ Has anti-bacterial properties. Commonly used as a toothache cure.

♡ Cures Diabetes

♡ Has anti-inflammation properties.

So, How Do we Use Cloves?

You can use Cloves by:

♡ Soak them in the water (around 10-20) and use the water later on in any smoothie.

♡ Boil a few cloves (around 3-4) for your tea.

♡ Also, drop a few cloves when making Spinach Daal.

So, incorporate this ugly looking spice into your diet through the above methods.
