7 MUST HAVE TOOLS FOR BLOGGING

7 MUST HAVE TOOLS FOR BLOGGING

Hi guys,

I have been preparing content every single day.

For my subscribers, I do not want to fill their mailboxes with my email every single day, but you can always surf on the blog and find a different and refreshing post every day.

Or just follow my blog on Bloglovin here

Anyways, that was on my mind so that was thatโ€ฆ.

Now coming on to discussing important blogger tools; here is my list:

1. CANVA

Canva is by far the best graphics app. I love the interface. I am pretty sure many bloggers and businesses already use it. It has all the graphics for everything you need- from email headers, youtube channel art to snapchat geofilters. I use it to create all my graphics for my posts and for social media as well.

2. VSCOCAM

When editing a picture, and you want that perfect Instagram upload, you should use VSCO CAM if not already using it. This is not something new, but surely a game changer for everyone.

3. LAPTOP

I use the MacBook Pro 13 inch model. Just any laptop would do with running internet. This is where all the blogging/ writing would happen. Some do planning for their blog on the laptop itself. I use something else. Will talk below about it.

4. CAMERA

A blogger without a camera is like a knight without his sword. A pretty strong phrase, and so is much is the importance of it. I decent point and shoot can be used for starters, I have the Nikon 3700 Coolpix. Although, for most shots, I use my iPhone 6s only. I am looking to invest in a good one. Let me know if you have any recommendations.

5. MAILCHIMP/MAILING SERVICE

A blogger wants subscribers. So, a decent mailing service is required. I use Mailchimp. I find it pretty simple now, many are not as comfortable with it. I can help you with Mailchimp if you are using one. Shoot me an email on selluence@gmail.com and I will be happy to answer.

6. MOBILE

I carry the iPhone 6s with me. It needs an upgrade badly!

Communicating on the go is essential. Hence a good smartphone is like an essential.

Invest in a phone that has great features. You never know when you have to use one.

7. PLANNER/ NOTEBOOK

Like I was saying above, I plan my blogging schedule in a planner. I love the Happy Planners just for their design. I love a cute notebook. You can check out few designs of them here.

+ let me know what camera recommendations you have for me. I do not have a huge budget for it.

+ I want to know what tools you use for your blogging. Comment below.

I use all these tools too! But, I have an affinity for Photoshop over Canva – probably because I have used it for so many years it so easy for me. I love my Canon 30D with tons of different lens’ and other extras. Best camera I ever used! It’s too much to lug around though. I used to have a coolpix and you reminded me how great they are. May look into getting a new one.
